4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you access through the Application is legal and authorized. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Service.

You must not use the Application to access, stream, or download any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization.

4.2 Content Sources and Playlists

You are solely responsible for any content sources and playlists you import into the Application. You warrant that you have the legal right to access and use any playlists, URLs, or content sources you add to the Application.

You must not share, distribute, or make available any copyrighted content without proper authorization from the copyright holder.

Explicit Prohibition of Unauthorized/Illegal Lists: You must not import, access, use, promote, share, or distribute IPTV playlists, links, credentials, or sources that are unauthorized, pirated, or otherwise illegal under applicable law.

User Warranty of Rights and Licenses: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have obtained and will maintain all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to access and use the content, playlists, and source services you configure in the Application.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purposes or activities
• Violate any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Access, stream, or distribute pirated or unauthorized content
• Share your login credentials or playlist URLs with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

• Violate any third-party rights or terms of service

5. Premium Features and Payments

5.1 Freemium Model

The Application operates on a freemium model. Basic features are available free of charge, while certain advanced features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

5.2 In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed through the respective app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and subscription plans at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

5.3 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

IPTV Pro Stream Player and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain all ownership rights to your playlists and content sources. By using the Application, you grant us a limited license to process and display your playlists solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of any content you access through the Application.

We do not warrant that:

• All bugs or defects will be corrected
• The Application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

11. DMCA and Copyright Policy

11.1 Copyright and IP Claim Notice

We do not host, store, upload, publish, or distribute any media content of any kind. The Application functions solely as a player for user-provided sources.

If you believe that content accessed through the Application infringes intellectual property rights, you may send a notice to iptvprostreamplayer@gmail.com with subject: "IP/Copyright Notice".

Your notice must include at least:

• Your full name and contact details.
• Proof of ownership of the right, or authorization to act on behalf of the right holder.
• Identification of the protected work/right allegedly infringed.

• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the right holder, its agent, or the law.

11.2 Removal, Restriction, and Blocking Measures

We may remove, disable, restrict, or block access to specific playlists, URLs, accounts, domains, IPs, or technical sources when required by an order from a competent authority, or when we have effective knowledge of unlawful activity, intellectual property infringement, or a serious breach of these Terms.

Any measure will be applied on a proportionate basis, prioritizing the least intrusive technical action reasonably available.

11.3 Review Timeline and Response

We will acknowledge receipt of a complete notice within 5 business days. We will perform an initial review within 30 business days from receipt of all required information.

Where appropriate, we may request additional documentation, apply proportionate technical restrictions, and/or reject incomplete or manifestly unfounded notices. We may also notify the affected user or source when legally and technically feasible.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through your app store account to avoid future charges.

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected illegal activity or copyright infringement
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)

Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
